NIGERIANS, BOYCOTT BRITISH AIRWAYS!
Last month, a Nigerian who was being deported cried out while being manhandled by four or five officers onboard a BA aircraft. A fellow passenger, Mr. Ayodeji Omotade, after hearing the man’s continual moans and groans for about twenty minutes pleaded with the security men not to kill him.
The deportee was immediately taken off the plane. The officers then returned to arrest Mr. Omotade. He was handcuffed and dragged off the aircraft without being formally charged with anything. When other passengers protested his arrest, the pilot decided to evict all 135 passengers from the economy section of the aircraft!
Mr. Omotade, a British-born IT consultant from Chatham Kent, enroute to Nigeria for his brothers wedding was later charged with affray and accused of involvement in criminal activities. The money he had on, about £1613, which were meant for friends and relatives, was siezed and he was asked to prove they weren’t meant for or acquired through criminal means.
Several hours later after bail, he returned to the airport and was told his luggages had probably been shipped off to Nigeria in addition to a lifetime ban from BA for being outspoken over the perceived maltreatment.

I’m leaving!
I’ve decided to pack my stuff and leave bouncingbubbles. Bubbles is DEAD as far as the rest of the world is concerned. As far as the blogging world is concerned, she has merely migrated… moved on… evolved unto… reapplied herself … on another blog.
No reason, really. Anyone who knows me well enough will note that it is the natural order of things of all things me… I set up a blog, I blog for a while, I get tired of that particular blog, I create another blog, etcetra. Although I must confess, this time around I had a bit of an epiphany. Just a tiny bit. These past few days when I was down with a flu so bad I should have been drinking Lemsip like mothers milk, I was busy having epiphanies. It related to the fact that whenever I’m on the brink of some life changing event I’m either struck with dumbness or amazing clarity. I have yet to decide which it is curently, what I do know is I’m moving on.
